Integration with ease
D2L has built-in integration with the Salesforce through ShuffleExchange integration platform. Although these are pre-built, the end-points are configurable through ShuffleExchange. Hence, no programming support needed. To give an example, D2L’s users are captured as leads in Salesforce for cross-sell/up-sell purposes. In the same way, the Salesforce contacts are registered as users in the D2L platform.

REST APIs are available through ShuffleExchange to configure additional end-points and workflows. The SAML-based authentication enables a seamless single sign-on experience. A user is authenticated in either one of these systems gets access to the other.
